  2. Level 2: PCC Certifications

Deep mastery and integration in coaching practice

The PCC Program represents the second stage in a coach’s professional journey. It is designed for coaches who have completed foundational coach education(ACC) and are now ready to deepen their practice, presence, and professional mastery.

At this stage, coaching moves beyond understanding competencies and focuses on how those competencies are embodied in real, complex conversations. Coaches learn to work with greater depth, fluidity, and responsiveness, while sustaining ethical and professional rigor.

This program is designed to support the integration of coaching into a consistent way of being.

Program Overview

The 140-hour PCC Program is designed for coaches who are ready to move from foundational competence to professional depth. Learning is reflective and rigorous, supporting coaches in refining presence, judgment, and partnership with clients.

The program integrates advanced learning labs, deep practice, mentor coaching, and feedback to help coaches work with complexity, uncertainty, and evolving client agendas with greater ease.

Progression through the program is based on demonstrated capability. Certification is supported only when coaching practice reflects PCC-level mastery.
