Purwa Vaidya is an optimistic, ethusiastic professional, a proud mother
with more than 10 years of varied experience in various sectors including
Manufacturing, IT and Services industry.
She started with a career into IT development after her bachelors in
engineering. That’s where she realised that she would be able to
contribute much more in people focussed roles. At that point, she shifted
to Human Resources domain by pursuing Master’s degree in it.
Through her career trajectory in HR she has worked in managerial as well
as entrepreneurial roles. She believes that company must have a strong HR
strategy aligned to their business objectives to achieve holistic growth of
both employees and organization at a large.
For gaining deeper insights into human development, she has pursued
courses in counselling and coaching to understand oneself and others. She
advocates in maximising one’s potential to achieve great things in life.
