Kanika is a passionate and purpose-driven coach, dedicated to inspiring and empowering individuals/organizations to unlock their true potential. She is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accredited by the International Coaching Federation and a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, with over 750 hours of coaching experience. Having successfully coached more than 30 leaders across industries, she enabled them to thrive, gain clarity, and ascend in their careers. Her clients include functional heads or CXOs from organisations such as Hero MotoCorp, TVS, Mercedes, KPMG, Shell, Extramarks, Adyogi and others. Before stepping into coaching, Kanika built a highly accomplished career in marketing and brand strategy, with over 18 years of experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. She possesses a deep understanding of the evolving brand and communication landscape, consumer insights, and public relations strategies. She has worked with renowned organizations like Shell, Vodafone, The Times of India, and SalesCode.ai, where she played a crucial role in enhancing their brand visibility, share of voice, and reputation. Her coaching journey began with a deep-rooted curiosity when she discovered her strength in engaging leaders through thought-provoking conversations. Whenever she found herself at a crossroads, coaching provided her with transformative clarity and direction, fuelling her passion to delve deeper into the field. She eventually transitioned into coaching as a purposeful career, bringing together her strategic mindset and keen understanding of human potential. Previously, as Co-Founder of Transforming Lives, Kanika partnered with brands like UpGrad, Vodafone, and AU Small Finance to design and deliver impactful coaching-led workshops and training programs. Kanika has also led and driven several national and global motorsports events, such as Shell Ducati Day, Formula-E Prix, and Shell Eco-Marathon in India. She played a pivotal role in ideating and organizing Shell’s prestigious thought leadership event, “Partnerships Powering Progress,” during the first Formula-E Prix in Hyderabad in 2023, as well as one of India’s largest CPG events, the SalesCode.ai CXO Conclave, in 2024. Her achievements include being recognized as the “Global Hero” in Vodafone for her outstanding customer experience initiative, Vodafone Diwali Delight. Beyond her professional life, Kanika is deeply passionate about dance and social causes. She has worked with HIV-positive children, supporting their overall development, and actively organizes food distribution drives outside government hospitals, which have served over 6,000 people. Her commitment to making a difference reflects her compassionate spirit and desire to create a lasting impact on the lives of others. She was born and raised in Jaipur and currently resides in Gurgaon.
