ICF LEVEL 3 – MCC PROGRAM

  2. Level 3: MCC Certifications

Mastery, presence, and contribution in coaching

The MCC Program represents the highest level of professional coaching mastery. We are one of the only 4 organizations based out of India that supports coaches at this level. It is designed for experienced coaches who have demonstrated depth of practice and are ready to refine their presence, discernment, and contribution to the coaching profession.

At this stage, coaching is less about structure and more about subtlety. The coach’s presence, timing, and judgment become central, allowing deep client transformation to emerge naturally.

This is a developmental journey into mastery.

Participants enter the MCC Program after completing a PCC-level coach education pathway .

Step 2: Mastery Learning Lab (Coach Education – 95 hours)

Step 3: Mastery Practice Lab

Participants engage in advanced practice where coaching conversations are explored at profound levels.

Step 4: Advanced Mentor Coaching

Mentor coaching supports reflection on mastery-level presence and professional judgment.

Step 5: Extensive Coaching Experience (2500 hours)

Participants continue professional coaching work.

Step 6: Performance Evaluation (MCC Call Review)
