Your foundation for coaching excellence

The ACC Program is designed as the first stage in a coach’s professional journey. It supports individuals in building a strong foundation in ethical, competency-based coaching, while developing the confidence and discipline required to hold real coaching conversations.

This is not a program designed to help participants “finish hours.” It is designed to help them become capable coaches.

Program Overview

The 77-hour ACC Program goes beyond simply completing training hours. The focus is on developing strong coaching capability through small cohorts of participants, ensuring that every learner receives personalized attention and meaningful feedback.

The program integrates learning labs, practice labs, and continuous mentoring to support the development of genuine coaching competence. Participants build core coaching skills such as deep listening, powerful questioning, and creating awareness, while learning to engage clients in ethical and effective coaching partnerships.

Certification is awarded only after completing education, mentoring, and demonstrating coaching capability through evaluated practice. The emphasis is on readiness and integrity, not speed.
